Adam helps closely-held businesses, pass-through entities and high net worth individuals achieve their goals by working with them on foreign and domestic corporate taxation, pass-through taxation, accounting for income taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning and structuring. As a Firm-wide technical resource in accounting for income taxes and transactional tax matters, Adam provides consulting to advisors across Rehmann on merger and acquisition tax implications and financial reporting standards related to income taxes.

Alex August

Principal, Advisory & Tax

Alex leads Rehmann’s interest charge domestic international sales corporation (IC-DISC) practice group, which helps companies reduce their tax liabilities on foreign sales. August serves on the Firm’s tax reform subcommittee. In an advisory role, he assists closely-held and multinational companies and their related entities, owners and family members with tax structuring, tax consulting, tax compliance and tax credits. He also ensures clients comply with various international asset reporting initiatives and disclosure programs.

Steven Gibson

Principal, Retirement Plan Solutions

Steven develops creative strategies that help clients work toward meeting their financial goals, integrating retirement plan design, consulting, administration and investment advisory services with overall business and financial plans. He works with a cross-functional Rehmann team to proactively guide each client, considering tax law and efficiencies, estate planning, and accounting needs along the way.
