We’ll also help you identify ways to maintain and grow a productive and strong workforce in this ever-changing labor market.

Key learning objectives:

  • How best to navigate critical changes in tax legislation. You’ll understand the potential impacts of the Build Back Better Act and different planning opportunities to consider.
  • The ways inflation is affecting business operations, and how you can make smart adjustments during this time. We’ll help you be proactive rather than reactive.
  • How to handle changes to your cashflow. You’ll learn the tactics for building visibility and engagement, executing planning strategies, and staying laser focused on your projections.
  • Smart moves to consider for your workplace. We’ll discuss ways to evaluate your workforce – do you have the right people, technology, and other resources in place? – and help you identify next steps to take.
